coinshop is available in the USA only for now. That means no international shipping at the moment.

It depends on the item. Each seller chooses whether their item accepts returns, so check the listing before you buy. If your item doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or isn't as described, you can always open a dispute (see Refunds & disputes).

No. Crypto transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. (Terms)

Open a dispute by emailing support@coinshop.fun before the payout is released. This pauses the payout to the seller until the dispute is resolved. Include your order number and your evidence: photos, tracking, shipping receipts and any messages with the seller. (Refund & Dispute Policy)

coinshop reviews the evidence you send by email, including photos, tracking, shipping receipts and messages. Then coinshop may release the funds to the seller or refund you from escrow. (Refund & Dispute Policy)

Yes, once. You can file one appeal within 24 hours of the decision.
