Buyer & Seller Agreements

Buyers agree to

Pay the full item price plus the 2% buyer fee, provide a correct shipping address, confirm arrival promptly, open a dispute only in good faith, and pay the network gas and swap costs for their payment.

Sellers agree to

Pay the $2 listing fee for each listing, accept the seller fee (2%, or 1% for Founding Sellers) deducted from the item price at sale, ship as described, provide tracking and a shipping receipt, and keep a valid USDC payout wallet on file.

Both agree

To the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund & Dispute Policy, Marketplace Rules and Prohibited Items list, and that coinshop may decide disputes using the evidence provided.
