What we collect
Your email address, display name, wallet addresses, listings, orders, shipping addresses you provide at checkout, tracking numbers and dispute messages.
How we use it
To run your account, process orders and escrow payouts, show sellers where to ship, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
A buyer's shipping address is shared only with the seller of that order. Wallet addresses and transactions are public on the blockchain by nature. We do not sell your personal data.
Your choices
You can update your profile and payout wallet at any time in Settings. You can delete your account yourself in Settings → Delete account once you have no open orders or pending payouts (your own unpaid checkouts are cancelled once they've been idle for 2 hours; a buyer's pending checkout on your listing still counts). We remove your profile, listings and wallet addresses. We keep completed order records (amounts, dates, transaction hashes and dispute history) for 7 years after your account is deleted, with your name and shipping address removed. If you were a founding seller, your verified payout wallet stays reserved after deletion and can't be used again for founding seller perks.
