Honest listings
Describe items accurately, use your own photos, and state the real condition. Price listings in USD.
Shipping
coinshop is available in the United States only, and physical items ship to US addresses only. Each listing shows its shipping option, handling time and the state it ships from. Ship within the handling time you set and add a valid tracking number and shipping receipt to the order. Digital items must be delivered through the order.
Returns
Each seller chooses whether to accept returns. If a listing accepts returns, it shows the return window (14 or 30 days) and who pays return shipping, and those terms are saved on the order. Listings without returns are still covered by an item-not-as-described dispute while funds are in escrow.
Keep deals on coinshop
Do not ask buyers to pay outside coinshop escrow. Off-platform payments are not protected.

No harassment, spam, fake reviews, or manipulation of prices or fees.
